The primary deliverable was to elevate the brand's positioning through strategic spatial design. The goal was to create a vibrant urban gathering venue tailored for upscale quality-lovers who appreciate a unique assortment of premium services and a welcoming environment. In this layout, the city becomes the heart, and the surrounding tenants form a community that delivers the ultimate user experience. All elements are organically connected through interior and landscape design, forming a unifying architectural landmark, demonstrating BllendDesignOffice expertise in translating brand identity in powerful architectural design. The Atmospheric Lighting Concept empowers the architectural volumes to transforms day and night. The surrounding urban fabric fades into dark silhouettes, while traffic-ways turn into vibrant lines of light. This concept is brought to life through the contrasting nature of black and white surfaces, complemented by an innovative interior lighting scheme featuring linear LED ribbons and illuminating buttons
