Architecture of "Well-Being" applied directly to a high-end private residential villa
Extended in 4 levels, organized based on functionality and flow. The ground and basement levels are developed around our core ‘biophilic design approach’. Urban green is the main element of the lush Mediterranean exotic gardens and the water element of outdoor and indoor swimming pools. The project demonstrates a deliberate use of integrated structural lighting, clean geometric white and dark grey volumes and built-in landscape planter pockets. The accompanying interior spaces illustrate how those exterior structures transition seamlessly into flowing, open-plan residential living areas featuring bespoke minimalist interiors
The basement level, designed around wellness and leisure, is flooded with natural light diffused through pool windows. Following the concept of ‘a micro resort’ equipped with everything that can offer hospitality utilities in everyday life
