The project’s conceptual core and nomenclature are rooted in a subtle, artistic tribute to the region's storied yachting heritage. Designed by Bllend, the building’s outer shell features a bespoke, tactile finish that mimics the ethereal, cloud-like aesthetics of platinum, dynamically capturing the shifting coastal light. This atmospheric surface is sharply punctuated by bold, black lacquered balcony enclosures. These structural elements are meticulously sculpted to evoke the minimalist lines of an abstract nautical knot—the very inspiration that gave the development its name, "The Knot"

Serving as a high-contrast architectural signature, these enclosures define the individual residential volumes while framing expansive glass facades. The result ensures each residence enjoys unobstructed panoramic sea views, seamlessly blending premium indoor refinement with the Mediterranean horizon in a modern, climate-resilient sanctuary

• Platinum-Finished Shell: The outer envelope of the building utilizes a bespoke, tactile finish designed to mimic a cloud-like, platinum aesthetic. This specific surface texture is engineered to react dynamically with changing coastal sunlight, shifting its visual appearance throughout the day

• Abstract Nautical Enclosures: The building’s nomenclature and defining visual feature come from bold, black lacquered balcony enclosures. These elements are sculpted to represent an abstract nautical knot
